Everything published on drpachaorthodontics.com about TMJ disorder, obstructive sleep apnoea, restricted airways and orthodontic treatment is general information. It is written to help you understand what these conditions are and what treatment can involve.
It is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or advice about your own case, and it is not a substitute for being examined by a clinician who has seen you. Please do not start, stop or change any treatment on the basis of what you read here.
No patient relationship is created
Reading this website, sending an enquiry through the form, or messaging the practice does not by itself make you a patient of Dr. Pacha. A clinical relationship begins only when you are seen and accepted for assessment or treatment at one of the clinics.
Every case is different
Whether any treatment described on this site is suitable for you can only be decided after a clinical assessment. As the treatment pages state, Dr. Pacha assesses your teeth, bite, jaw structure and airway before recommending whether a given treatment — or another one, or none — is appropriate. Descriptions of what a treatment does are descriptions of the treatment, not a prediction of your result.
Urgent problems
Do not use this website or the enquiry form for anything urgent. Enquiries are answered within normal working hours and are not monitored continuously. If you have severe pain, difficulty breathing, significant swelling, an injury to the face or jaw, or any other symptom that worries you, contact your local emergency services or attend an emergency department.
Who provides the care described here
Treatment described on this site is provided by Dr. Moaiyad Pacha, Consultant Specialist Orthodontist and a GDC Registered Specialist in the United Kingdom, at the practice’s host clinics in Ealing and Putney in London and in Dubai. His qualifications, appointments and professional memberships are set out in full on the about page.

Named appliances and systems referred to on this site — including Invisalign, Myobrace and iTero — are the trademarks of their respective owners. They are named so that you can recognise what is being described. Naming them does not imply that those companies endorse the practice or are affiliated with it.
